He has worked with many lender loss mitigation departments to restructure mortgage loans, negotiate short sales, and sell bank owned properties (REO) for asset management companies. Guido performs Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for lenders and borrowers on a daily basis. He is RDC Pro Certified (REO Default Foreclosure Professional), Short Sale Certified, and is a Certified Loss Mitigation Consultant (LMC).
